Walking for Health
I found this diagram on Pinterest which is a summary of the benefits of brisk walking for only 30 minutes a day. The health benefits are amazing. There was a couple of claims that I did question initially. Surely it can't have such a significant effect on the development of Alzheimer's Disease and colon cancer?? So I did some research and actually they can back up this bold claim! Kind of makes you wonder why we aren't all out walking more?? Why don't you get your walking shoes on and give it a bash??🚶♀️😊
