Lifting and Standing Posture

Found this diagram on Pinterest showing the right and wrong postures for lifting and standing. There are lots of back problems which creep up on you over time by repeating the same mistakes when your lifting, carrying, moving objects from place to place. Ever watched a toddler pick something up from the floor. It’s the perfect technique, as we get older we learn bad habits to do things quickly. Being more aware of how we complete tasks will pay off in the long run, your back needs to last a lifetime after all 😊
