Physio-led Pilates is a full body workout that combines Pilates with physiotherapy. Our Specialist Physiotherapist will design a personalised 1:1 Pilates programme or group class using their knowledge of anatomy, physiology and movement. The goal is to improve core stability, flexibility & postural awareness.

At Back to Basics Physio you can be assured that exercises will be performed safely and modified to an appropriate level for you under the expert guidance of our experienced physiotherapist.

Back to Basics Physio Clinic Pilates

Classes will run in a consecutive 4 week block on Monday or Wednesday evening at 6.30pm or Thursday evening at 6.45pm.

Classes are priced at £40 per 4 week block this includes 1 x 60 minute class per week.

Class swaps can only be accommodated at the physiotherapists discretion based on maximum capacity of the class.

1:1 sessions are priced at £60 per session for 60 minutes

What to expect.

  • Experienced Physiotherapist instructor trained in matwork level 1, 2 & 3.

  • Exercises to enhance posture, strength, balance & flexibility

  • 60 minute in person classes held at Back to Basics Physio Clinic including warm up, cool down and relaxation.

What to bring.

  • Comfortable clothing: most people like to wear leggings, jogging bottoms, sports tops, T-Shirt

  • Your own mat, we will provide head cushions and accessories that may be required for the class.

  • No need for trainers as Pilates is a bare foot or non-slip socks class
