This is an example of 4 beginners core stability exercises for you to try at home. Having a strong core will support your back, neck, shoulders, hips.... It will improve your balance and co-ordination, decrease your risk of falls, improve your posture. The list goes on and on. Spending 5 or 10 minutes during the day to make sure your core is tip top will pay off in the longer term. Your future self will thank you! Namaste.
